1. Registration Fee  

The Registration Fee of Rs.1000 is not refundable. This fee includes all membership plans and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Memberships Below Rs.1000

Memberships below Rs.1000 are non-refundable.

3. Use of Services

If a customer has used our services and has taken or viewed any mobile number, or others viewed or taken his/her mobile number they are not eligible for a refund.

4. Online Membership Plans

Online membership plans are non-refundable. However, customers can apply for a refund by sending an email to [email protected].

5. Subscriptions Below 4 Months

Subscriptions below 4 months are non-refundable.

6. Refund Timeframe

Customers can apply for a refund after 60 days of subscription. This is because the process of finalizing a marriage can take longer than 1-2 months.

7. Government Tax

Government Tax, Governments Fees, and GST are non Refundable 

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used to purchase the subscription. The refund amount will be based on the remaining subscription period after the first 60 days of the subscription.

Exceptions We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following circumstances:

        1. If the request for a refund is made before 60 days of the subscription period.

        2. If the customer has violated our Terms of Use.

        3. If the customer has used our services to engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

          4. If the customer has not verified their mobile number.

        5. If the customer has blocked the visibility of the profile.
